About Care’s Special Projects Team are able to work throughout the UK offering trouble-shooting services and to assist in all other activities associated in running a care home or group.

All Special Projects Team members are extremely qualified, experienced, care managers and regional directors with both clinical and commercial skills, whilst having a thorough knowledge of CSCI and all other market legislation.

Whether it be assisting with compliance for CSCI inspections, the day-to-day running of a care home or the marketing and occupancy of  any given group of care homes or regional demographic, our Special Projects Team can help.

We can offer a range of specialist training courses.  These include moving and handling, medication, health and safety, environmental health and dementia, plus numerous others that can be tailored to your specific needs.
