This post requires a committed and dynamic individual, ideally with dual registration, RGN/RMN, to oversee our dementia care unit in a large nursing home in Lowestoft.

The home provides first class specialist care for those with dementia-related illnesses in our 'Memory Lane' Community. This modern, purpose-built home has a reputation for being one of the best providers of client-centred dementia care in Suffolk.

You will work closely with and support the General Manager and Deputy Manager in ensuring the delivery of high standards of care within our home. Excellent communication skills, team building and a commitment to the promotion of a client-centered care philosophy, together with experience within a senior role within a dementia care setting are essential for this post.
