Residential Children's manager - Aberdeen

Our Client has a vacancy for a Residential Children’s Care Home Manager in Aberdeen. This is a 3 Month Contract position with a salary of £40,000 depending on experience.

The candidate will be expected to:
-Manage the home.
- Manage staff.
- Ensure the health and safety of young people and staff.
- Ensure that individual care plans are in place for each young person and followed.
- Achieve positive outcomes for the young people.
- Work in partnership with the other team managers in residential and fieldwork.

Requirements -
All candidates must have previous experience of being a Residential Manager in previous jobs and must also hold a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the Care Council of Wales, GSCC or SSSC and be eligible to work in the UK. You must have experience of a managing a residential children’s home and must have the ability to challenge staff.
