We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an Area Operations Manager role based on the M3 corridor, covering 5 care homes in the Hampshire, West Sussex area. Reporting to the Chief Executive this is a role for a passionate individual who will deliver excellence and an ongoing commitment to improvement in quality of service and the range of services, consistently striving to aim for 3 stars for all homes within the assigned territory. You will be expected to support the Care Managers in the preparation and delivery of an Annual Business plan and control the financials and resources assigned to the post as well as support the Care provider’s commitment to its employees to the Investors in People standard. Other duties will include supporting Clinical team in establishing and maintaining a framework for clinical and social care governance revolving around person centered care.

To be considered for this fantastic and rare role you will need to be an RGN (ideally with a minimum of 4 years experience at Grade 7 or higher), educated to degree level or equivalent with an MBA or Diploma in Management and be able to demonstrate evidence of CPD. You will also need to be strategic and forward thinking and have sound working knowledge of current regulations combined with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Manager in the independent/charitable nursing home sector.
